1. Is your hair 100% raw?

Yes. Our hair is 100% authentic raw human hair, collected directly from a single donor.
This means:

  • No steam processing

2. What makes raw hair different from virgin hair?

Virgin hair is often lightly processed (steamed for texture or chemically cleansed).

3. Why are 30–40 inch raw bundles more expensive?

Long raw hair is rare.
Most donors do not grow hair past 24–26 inches.

To source 30–40 inches, factories must:

  • Find donors with naturally long hair

  • Match textures from multiple donors

  • Remove damaged strands during sorting

  • Handle the hair gently (long strands break more easily)

Because raw hair cannot be artificially lengthened, long lengths are premium, limited, and exclusive.

4. What is the difference between Single Drawn, Double Drawn, and QD?

Single Drawn

  • Natural fullness

  • Mixed strand lengths

  • Soft taper at the ends

  • Lightweight and realistic

Double Drawn

  • Fuller appearance

  • More long strands

  • Ends are thicker and less tapered

  • Ideal for long lengths

QD / Super Double Drawn

  • Maximum fullness

  • Very few short strands

  • Thick from root to tip

  • Premium grade

5. How many bundles do I need for 30–40 inches?

Because raw hair is not artificially thickened, density reduces as length increases.

Recommended:

  • 30–34 inches: 3–4 bundles ( 4 recommended ) 

  • 36–40 inches: 4–5 bundles ( 5 recommended ) 


6. Can raw hair be colored or bleached?

Yes — raw hair can be colored because it has:

  • Intact cuticles

  • No silicone

  • No chemical processing

However, lifting results depend on:

  • Donor genetics

  • Hair origin

  • Stylist technique

  • Proper maintenance

Always color-test a small piece first, just like natural human hair.

7. How long does raw hair last?

Authentic raw hair typically lasts 2–4 years with proper care.
Longevity depends on:

  • How often heat is applied

  • Installation method

  • Product choice

  • Consistent cleansing + deep conditioning

8. Does the hair shed?

Raw hair behaves like natural human hair.
Light shedding is normal, especially:

  • After cutting the wefts

  • When brushing

  • When using heat

Weft sealing and gentle handling reduce shedding significantly.

9. Does the hair tangle?

Raw hair will not tangle when properly maintained.
Because cuticles are aligned:

  • Use sulfate-free shampoo

  • Keep the hair moisturized

  • Brush from ends → upward

  • Avoid heavy oils or butters

If the hair becomes dry — just like natural hair — it may mat or tangle.

10. How long is processing time?

Processing time varies based on availability.

Raw 30–40 inch lengths often require:

  • 3 business days if in stock

  • 5 business days if peak season 

You will be notified if additional time is needed.

11. How long is shipping time?

U.S. shipping typically takes:

  • Standard: 3–6 business days

  • Express: 1–2 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

12. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

For hygienic reasons, raw hair extensions cannot be returned once opened or installed.

We accept exchanges only if:

  • The product is unused

  • The hair is in original condition

  • All ties and packaging are intact

13. Can I straighten or curl raw hair?

Yes. Raw hair responds to heat just like natural hair.

For best results:

  • Use a heat protectant

  • Keep the hair moisturized

  • Avoid excessive heat exposure

The hair will revert to its natural texture when washed.

14. Is each bundle from one donor?

Yes.
Each raw bundle is collected from a single donor, ensuring consistent direction, cuticle alignment, and authenticity.

15. Will my bundles match each other?

Raw hair is natural hair.
Just like real people, textures vary slightly.

To create matching bundles:

  • Donors are matched by hair origin

  • Bundles are sorted by pattern

  • Textures are grouped for consistency

Minor variations are normal and expected with true raw hair.
