Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. During launches, restocks, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Shipping
Iymnn Beauty currently ships within the United States only. Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Please allow time for your tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered processing or shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur outside of our control. If you experience an issue with your delivery, contact us at info@iymnnbeauty.com and we’ll assist you with the next steps when possible.
